Whether you're celebrating a birthday, girls' gathering, family event, team experience, retreat or simply wanting meaningful time together, these private creative experiences are designed to bring people together in a relaxed, welcoming and inspiring way. No experience is necessary. I'll guide your group through a personalized painting experience while creating space for laughter, connection and creativity. Guests often leave with more than artwork. They leave with shared memories and the feeling of having experienced something meaningful together. Booking Details: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Custom paintings must be requested at least one week in advance. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond Salt Spring Island. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. No dates can be held without a deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your reservation and covers planning, preparation, scheduling, and related business costs incurred in advance of your event. If you need to reschedule, every effort will be made to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are responsible for the full event fee, as the date has been reserved exclusively for your group and it is unlikely that the space can be rebooked on short notice. Ocean Art Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all payments received will be refunded in full or applied to a mutually agreed-upon future date.
