Shipping Options: We offer both standard and expedited shipping to accommodate your needs. Standard shipping is included. If you require Epress shipping or shipping anywhere outside Canada or the US, contact for a quote before ordering. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Drop Shipping: Your print will be drop-shipped directly from Giclée Factory, which means it goes straight from the printer to you, reducing handling time and ensuring it arrives as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing and production before shipping, as each print is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Please contact us for a quote before ordering. Note that international orders may take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs fees or duties, depending on your country’s regulations.

Packaging:

Rolled Prints will be carefully packaged in a protective tube.

Stretched Canvas prints will be securely wrapped and shipped in reinforced packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Return Policy

Since each print is custom-made to order, all sales are final. However, we take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition. If your print arrives damaged, please follow these steps to initiate a return or replacement:

Inspect your order upon arrival: Please check your print as soon as it is delivered.

Report damage within 48 hours: If your print or packaging is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email us with clear photos of the damage to both the artwork and the box.

After 48 hours: If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, we will consider the order to be in satisfactory condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, as all prints are custom-made. We appreciate your understanding.
