Watercolour Blossoms & Botanicals

Service Description

In this guided 2-1/2 hour class, we will create beautiful, simple, vibrant, watercolour flowers, based on what fresh flowers are in season and as inspired using Daniel Smith watercolours. In this small class of 5 students, receive guidance through each step (if you choose to follow, or free-style), while Daina shares inspiring lessons, insights, tips and tricks learned over her 20-year art practice. These classes may be enjoyed individually, or weekly through September each Wednesday afternoon. Sign up for both remaining classes by e-transfer and save ($80 each x 2) Choose from the following Wednesday dates: September 6: 3-5:30 pm / $88 (FULL) September 13: 3-5:30 pm / $88 (FULL) September 20: 3-5:30 pm / $88 (2 spots) September 27: 1:30-4 pm / $88 (1 spot) Located at Ocean Art Studio in Merchant's Mews, each of Daina's small-sized art camps and classes are taught with opportunities for 1:1 guidance. Quality art supplies are used to ensure optimal student learning, enjoyment and project success. Inclusive, intentionally positive, and consciously supportive non-judgmental language is always modelled and encouraged to help foster confidence and trust in each students' imagination and creative expression. All quality materials are included, as well as smocks and a selection of teas. Beginners and all levels of practice are welcome. Cancellation Policy

Art Lessons & Classes: To reschedule a private lesson, please contact Daina with at least 24 hours notice. For cancellations with regards to a group class, art camp or workshop, refunds are conditional to your spot being refilled. It is greatly encouraged the student wishing to cancel find someone to replace their spot in order to ensure their refund. Credit towards a future creative experience may be issued in special circumstances. No-shows are considered time used, as otherwise that is a lost opportunity for someone else. Thank you for your understanding.
