Service Description

Have you always felt like you're a sensitive soul, drawn to creative forms of expression? Perhaps you were as a child, but something happened along the way that caused you to pause or suppress your creativity. Now your soul is whispering for your to return, perhaps you are feeling the pull, but may be facing blocks, resistance, fears and insecurities... I'm glad you found yourself here. During our Creative Soul Guidance session, you will gain valuable new insights, tools, tips and tricks that will greatly benefit you in your creative life path. I'm a certified life coach, a natural intuitive and empath, with training in deep transformational shifts, breathwork and meditation, somatic and narrative therapy informed, and 20+ years living, teaching, and healing on this creative journey. While this is not a formal life coaching session (see my listing for formal coaching), it is a therapeutic conversation that will benefit your mindset and creative path. Our conversation will feel like an uplifting energy exchange with a friend co-guided by our higher selves, or souls. Clients say our sessions leave them feeling better than when they arrived, that "this was so much more than about art!". You will gain new knowledge and awareness of your own path and practices you're feeling guided to. This helps you make more authentic-centred choices that have the potential to positively affect many other areas of your life. No question is too big, too small, or "too much". I am open to shedding light on any illusions or shadows by sharing processes and challenges I learned through my own art practice. Come with open mind and heart, and a willingness to lean in to what's wanting to be explored. Bring a journal and pen to record any breakthroughs and ideas that may come to you during our time, and in the moments afterwards. If you choose to connect over Zoom instead of in-person, make sure you are in a quiet, private space where we won't be disturbed. Cancellation Policy

Art Lessons & Classes: To reschedule a private lesson, please contact Daina with at least 24 hours notice. For cancellations with regards to a private lesson, group class, art camp or workshop, refunds are conditional to your spot being refilled, minus the rush last minute advertising fees required to fill your spot -$100). If the spot cannot be filled, a refund cannot be given, as that is a lost opportunity for someone else. It is greatly encouraged the student wishing to cancel find someone to replace their spot in order to ensure their refund. In extreme circumstances, credit towards a future creative experience may be issued. No-shows are considered time used. Life Coaching: For coaching appointments, notification to reschedule is required 24 hrs in advance. No refunds for missed appointments without 24 hr notice. Thank you for your understanding.
