Service Description

This fun intro lesson is designed to playfully ease you in to reconnecting with your creative birthright. You'll discover how to trust your creative process through consciously integrating hidden abilities you've been practicing since infancy. Laughter and lightness, guaranteed! This beginner lesson includes: 1x Icebreaker drawing exercise 1x Observational drawing lesson 1x Intro to watercolour tips and tricks lesson 1x Watercolour flower painting 1x Watercolour landscape painting Supplies list to begin your watercolour journey: - 1 pencil or pen - 2 sheets printer paper - watercolour tubes or travel kit (I recommend Koi Sakura 24-pan travel kit, or tube brands Winsor & Newton, store brands Deserres, Opus, or an equivalent mid-range quality set in the $25-$50 range) - watercolour brush #8 or 10 round (or fillable water brush that comes with Koi set) - 9x12" pad of watercolour cold press paper (I’ll have 1 sheet ready, plus 1 sheet halved or quartered to make 2 smaller 6x9”, or a sheet separated in 2 or 4 windows using masking tape) - jar of water - paper towel

Cancelation Policy

Art Lessons & Classes: To reschedule a private lesson, please contact Daina with at least 24 hours notice. For cancellations with regards to a private lesson, group class, art camp or workshop, refunds are conditional to your spot being refilled, minus the rush last minute advertising fees required to fill your spot -$100). If the spot cannot be filled, a refund cannot be given, as that is a lost opportunity someone else could have had, plus the high overhead costs to run the physical business and sustain livelihood as a solopreneur. It is greatly encouraged the student wishing to cancel make an effort to find someone to replace their spot in order to ensure their refund, and the opportunity for someone else to experience quality learning and connection is not missed. In extreme circumstances, credit towards a future creative experience may be issued. Life Coaching: For coaching appointments, notification to reschedule is required 24 hrs in advance. No refunds for missed appointments without 24 hr notice. Thank you for your understanding.
