Art Experience for Two, 3-hr session

Service Description

Painting together is a fun and memorable experience to share with a loved one! Come with an open mind, heart, and willingness to learn. In this extended private art lesson, you will gain new insights, tips and tricks for your forward creative path. This session is suitable for all ages, levels, styles and mediums. Are you not sure where to start? Are you feeling resistance or blocked in areas and you're not sure how to move forward? Or have you reached a certain level and need guidance on how to progress? Or maybe you're craving time to nurture your creativity and want permission to play. Whatever your reasons for finding yourself here, you've come to the right place. A session with me will feel like gentle support from a trusted friend. You will leave feeling lighter, freer, an clearer than when you walked in. If you feel ready to go deeper, I invite you to book a series of three 2-hour sessions where you'll receive the full realignment experience! This will look different for everyone. You many be seeking guidance on how to work through an entire painting, explore a different style, or you may want to focus on colour mixing, composition, or specific techniques. Give yourself permission to play! Feel fully supported while you learn to produce art that feels like an authentic expression of your true self. You'll leave feeling like this investment in your creativity was so much more than an art experience! What's included? ✓ Smock (art apron) ✓ Paints & Brushes ✓ Mediums (for mixing) ✓ Watercolour paper (for all watercolour sessions) ✓ Oil or Acrylic paints (for those mediums) ✓ Canvas (12x12" or 11x14" only available as part of three 2-hour sessions, 6+ hours) ✓ Tools and supplies for collage art (except supports and images) ✓ A handout is included for watercolour, encaustic, or oil for with three 2-hour sessions ✓ Tea, Coffee, Water (bring a snack or lunch; the studio has plateware, glassware, cutlery, etc.) What supplies cost extra? Encaustic paints and supports have an additional materials cost of $120 for 2 people. Please conntact Daina prior to booking as this session requires extra prep and clean up time. Private Painting Parties are also available to book, either in the studio or at your location! See you at the Studio!

Cancellation Policy

Art Lessons & Classes: To reschedule a private lesson, please contact Daina with at least 24 hours notice. For cancellations with regards to a group class, art camp or workshop, refunds are conditional to your spot being refilled. It is greatly encouraged the student wishing to cancel find someone to replace their spot in order to ensure their refund. Credit towards a future creative experience may be issued in special circumstances. No-shows are considered time used, as otherwise that is a lost opportunity for someone else. Thank you for your understanding.
