Inspired by long meditative walks up the Mt Maxwell Provincial Park mountain road through old growth rainforest where I live on Salt Spring Island in the Pacific Northwest. Breathing this fresh "green" forest air scented with cedar and fir, I always felt like I was on vacation camping somewhere mystical and magical.
